Med. cand. Mahilan Srithan is a medical student at the University of Basel and president of the local medical student organization (FaMBa).
Med. cand. Luc Lutz is a medical student at the University of Basel.

PD Dr. Joëlle Schwarz (University of Lausanne)

PD Dr. Joëlle Schwarz is a sociologist and epidemiologist. As co-head of the Department of Health and Gender at Unisanté in Lausanne and lecturer (PD) at the Faculty of Biology and Medicine at the University of Lausanne, she investigates implicit gender bias in clinical practice (medical sociology) and gender as an intersectional modifier of health (social epidemiology).

Prof. Vera Regitz-Zagrosek (Charité Berlin)

Prof. Vera Regitz-Zagrosek (Charité Berlin)

Prof. Dr. med. Vera Regitz-Zagrosek is a clinical cardiologist and basic researcher. In 2004, she founded the Berlin Institute for Gender in Medicine at Charité in Berlin and, in 2007, the German and International Society for Gender in Medicine. For her work in the field of gender medicine, she received honorary doctorates from the University of Innsbruck in 2016 and the University of Zurich in 2022. In 2018, she was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and in 2025 the highest award for German doctors, the Paracelsus Medal.
