Prof. Dr. med. Carolin Lerchenmüller (University of Zurich)
Carolin Lerchenmüller is Chair of Gender Medicine at the University of Zurich and leads the Women’s Heart Health Program at University Hospital Zurich.
Her research focuses on cardiovascular health, with particular emphasis on sex differences and the protective effects of exercise.
She also investigates global gaps in gender medicine research and works to advance equity, diversity, and inclusive healthcare practices.

Berna Özdemir is Senior Consultant in Medical Oncology at Inselspital, Bern University Hospital, and Senior Lecturer at the University of Bern.
Her work focuses on integrating sex and gender into precision oncology across research, clinical care, and education.
She leads initiatives exploring sex-based differences in cancer treatment and outcomes and contributes to international collaborations promoting gender-sensitive oncology.

Prof. Carole Clair (Unisanté Lausanne)
Carole Clair is a full Professor of General Internal Medicine at the University of Lausanne and Head of the Department of Ambulatory Care at Unisanté.
She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and holds an MSc in Clinical Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Her research focuses on the role of sex and gender in clinical medicine and epidemiology. She leads initiatives to integrate gender medicine into medical education and currently chairs the SNSF National Research Programme NRP 83 on Gender Medicine and Health.
