Payment of the ticket fee entitles you to the following services:
 • Participation in the symposium contributions of the selected day(s) and breakout session
 • Access to the networking area
 • Drinks during breaks (coffee, tea and water)
 • Stand-up lunch on the second day of the event (if selected)
 • Confirmation of participation (will be sent by e-mail after the symposium)

Cancellation conditions and refunds

Accepted Answer

The ticket is in general personal and non-transferable. Cancellations must be made in writing to the organization team at the e-mail address event@swiss-gendermedicine.org (mailto:event@swiss-gendermedicine.org)and will be charged as follows:

• Up to one month before the start of the symposium: 85% of the ticket price will be refunded.
 • Less than one month and up to 10 days before the start of the symposium: 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
 • Less than 10 days before the start of the symposium: no refund will be made.

If a replacement from the same institution/company is found, or if there is a cancellation with a medical certificate, 10% of the ticket price will be charged for the additional administrative costs. In the event of a refund, the amount paid will be credited back to the credit card used to purchase the ticket. The ticket loses its validity when the credit is issued. Only the original customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with the above conditions. If the symposium is postponed to another date, the ticket is automatically valid for the postponed date.
